• Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.
• Resume and cover-letter content, including contact details, employment history, education, skills, uploaded files, and any other information you choose to add.
• Support messages and other communications you send to us.
• Billing and transaction information. Payments are processed by Stripe; ModernCV does not store your full payment-card number.
• Technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and interactions needed to maintain security and performance.

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and secure the ModernCV service.
• Save, synchronize, render, and export your documents.
• Generate AI-assisted suggestions when you request them.

When you request an AI suggestion, the relevant text and instructions may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request. AI-generated text can be inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, cloud storage, document generation, AI features, payments, security, and customer support.
